4 Stars panda global protection
I have run panda now for about 3 year very happy with it.I have tried Norton and was not impressed. Norton uses tomuch resources and slows down the pc.Mcafee is just annoyiing.Trend micro never worked So i tried panda and have been using it every since. virtualy unnoticed runs in the back ground and you wont know it is there. Panda will have a pop up when someone tries to access your wireless internet but it gets blocked and tells you so. I would say to try it you will like it.

5 Stars REALLY AWESOME PROTECTION
I can’t say enough about Panda Protection, I have had other virus protection before and have many viruses, and I have had Panda now for 4 years and have been virus free on 6 computers. I have had some other problems and the Panda tech support has been really great.

Pand is the only way to go.

Thanks,

Lenny G.

Biddeford, Maine

5 Stars Great pc condom
I have used Panda for 3 years and I can say it is one of the better IS softwares out there.

To give you some back ground about what I have used:

Macafee

Norton’s

Trend micro

Macafee was almost a joke and it has been sometime since I have used it but it did not pick up a whole lot. This program might as well say viruses welcome. It may have been better but since Microsoft bought Macafee I don’t trust it too much, why you say? Look at Vista.

Norton’s did a good job but this program is like a bipolar girlfriend. One year Norton’s does great and the next it crap’s out. I think we all would agree a good stable Internet security program wins over bells and whistles.

Trend Micro was good up until I used Panda for the first time and saw what it had missed, holy cow! This software gets good rateings and still let’s bad guys in as if cops are on holiday.

Now, I have looked into BitDefender and found from other reviews this program is a crap shoot. If it works it’s great and if it does not work, well, format c:

Understand, Internet Security software should be a necessity for those of you who surf the net, also most if not all IS software will slow your system down a bit due to the fact it will be all throughout your system protecting you from viruses, trojans, phishing, id theft and other such bad things. I also want to say antivirus is better than nothing but for today’s pc user it’s not enough, you need a total package.

No software is perfect, even Panda. I would suggest you do your homework and check reviews from other sources such as Cnet, Tom’s hardware, Computer user and other sources.

Happy surfing

5 Stars PANDA INTERNET SECURITY
If you are looking for an “all-in-one” internet and email protection program, then this is the right one for you. I have used this program for the last 8 years and have never been infected with a virus - many have been caught and deleted and that is what we want done.

5 Stars Panda Global Protection 2009
I got my Panda faster than I expected and I’m very pleased with my product! Thanks Amazon for saving my life with this product. :D

User Ratings and Reviews

1 Star DO NOT BUY! Worst Norton Product EVER!
I have been an avid Norton Symantec user for over 13 years. This is the worst product EVER. It slows your system down so much that I had to disable most of the features, which an average user will not know how to do.

My biggest complaint is that once the “virus update” expires.. it renders the entire software useless. I couldn’t even go in and make simple changes to the settings, nothing to do with the virus update feature. PLUS A pop-up comes up everyday twice a day begging me to buy another year subscription. That is false. What they are really asking is that I buy the software again. Once a year is up .. you might as well throw it in the trash OR give it to someone else OR wipe your hard drive and install a fresh copy.

I am not happy with it at all! I will never buy any anti-virus or internet security software from this company again. I have heard of complaints that it will crash your system the day it expires.

Uninstalling any Norton products are difficult and you should find a good article on the internet on how to do this. NOTE: You must uninstall any anti-virus software if you are installing a different brand.

1 Star GARBAGE! Destroyed my PC
If you have XP run for the hills. This is garbage. Destroyed my Windows Explorer. Can’t uninstall effectively. Never would buy a Norton Product again.

1 Star Run! Save yourself!
Norton 360 is an utter disaster. You will lose the ability to right-click, as doing so causes Windows Explorer to crash, every time, if this program is installed.

This was true for me on two separate machines, both less than a year old.

1 Star Terrible product!
I had been a loyal Norton customer for over 12 years. In the past I would have recommended their products. Not so with Norton 360 V2 or anything else. This product comes with a backup feature which allows you to put your files on a disk or online. I backed up my files using DVDs. When I tried to access the backup files, they would not open. Of course for security reasons, they were in some form of a Norton protected format. Nothing but Norton will open them and even the Norton program would not work! I exchanged numerous emails/chats with Norton tech support for over four (4) months, with no fix for the problem! I tried phone support, but it was far too costly and was as worthless as their chat and email services. From exchanging the numerous emails/chats, it was obvious to me that the tech support persons were just sending prewritten answers. They were not even reading most of my emails and sent many repeat ’solutions’ that I had already told them did not work. Shortly after the fourth month, my software expired. Now I have several DVDs, full of important backup files, that I will never be able to access! Run from this company and their products! Like some other big name brands, they are not what they used to be; not even close! Three words: Buy Trend Micro.

5 Stars works great
cant remeber if I ordered this one or TOTAL PROTECTECTION. how ever I recieved this one im happy with it so its no big thing. I think I meant to order the TOTAL PROTECTECTION and ordered viruse scan plus 2009 with out thinking about it but its no big thing cause this one works just the same with a few things missing the identity theft protection but I can buy that so I will Im happy with this one

2 Stars Not worth it if it was free.
A 30 day version of this came with a Dell computer. It is so “desirable” that Dell actually charged more to not install it!

It keeps claiming that the Virus scan has been disabled (without giving a reason), then if you manually force it to look for updates (when there are none) it turns virus scanning back on.

A good virus scanner should be silent until a virus is found. This one whines so much that that you might not know if a real problem occurred.

I can’t figure out what the firewall portion does that the built in windows firewall doesn’t already do.

1 Star I HATE THIS PROGRAM
I HATE THIS PROGRAM. Everyday there is something it does to waste my time. The most annoying ritual is I have to activate it several times a day. When I missed doing so, I had to re-install the program (downloading and installation - about 90 minutes). Several times a month the automatic update causes errors, at the least I have to stop everything and re-boot several time, or more often than not, the program informs me I have to re-install … again. It doesn’t work in the background either, whenever it decides to do something, (scan, download, update the program). Everything I’m doing crawls to a halt. No warning either, if I am doing something that needs the processor or the internet… too bad. (The only thing you can stop is the scan, if you look for the hidden icon, but by then it is too late.) If you try to change the settings (if you can find them) it announces you are unprotected all the time. Finally, they send you a butt load of ads that pop up on your desktop and you have to click the button “continue with what I am doing”

5 Stars Great Computer Protection
McAfee Total Protection 2009 3-User

McAfee Total Protection is a must for any computer. I would not go on the Internet without it. It was very easy to install and works seamlessly with my computer. The software provides virus protection, protects against spy ware and sets up a firewall. Like the title states, it provides total protection.

5 Stars mcafee total protection
very good and easy to work or better it works by itself, install and forget. exellent for windows xp media center.

5 Stars PLEASE,PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN BUYING & INSTALLING SOFTWARE****THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT****
LOOK,IM NOT GOING TO WASTE TIME WITH ALL THE DETAILS–THIS IS A EXCELLENT PRODUCT.I HAVE USED THE OLD 7.0 VERSION KASPERSKY AND JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED TO THE NEW 2009 VERSION.THE OLD VERSION WAS GOOD,BUT THIS IS EVEN BETTER–THE OLD VERSION HAD A TENDENCY TO SLOW MY COMPUTER ALOT DURING COMPUTER START-UP ONLY,BUT IT NEVER LET ME DOWN FOR PROTECTION. AND YES IT ASKED PERMISSION FOR EVERY SIMPLE EXECUTION OF ANY FILE THAT WAS CHANGED OR OPENED,IT WAS SIMPLY ANNOYING.THE NEW VERSION DOES ALOT OF THE WORK ITSELF RATHER THAN ASKING WHAT IT SHOULD DO.IT’S SIMPLIFIED AND IT’S EASY TO UPGRADE,IT TOOK ONLY 10 MINS.TOTAL TO UNINSTALL KASPERSKY 7.0, THEN POP IN THE CD TO UPGRADE KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY 2009—DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE!! NORTON OR MCAFEE WILL LET YOU DOWN PERIOD,I HAVE USED THE NORTON 360 AND HAD TO REPLACE MY HARD DRIVE BECAUSE A VIRUS HAD ENTERED MY SYSTEM.NOT GOOD, I PISSED GOOD MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE I RELIED ON A ANTI-VIRUS THAT DIDNT DO IT’S JOB AND NOT TO MENTION WAS A HUGE RESOURCE HOG–IT SLOWS DOWN YOUR COMPUTER TERRIBLY.I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE ARE HAVING TROUBLE INSTALLING THIS PROGRAM–ANYTIME YOU INSTALL ANYTHING ON YOUR COMPUTER DO SOME RESEARCH TO FIND IF IT’S COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR WINDOWS XP OR VISTA OPERATING SYSTEM. AND MAKE SURE ALL OF THE FILES FROM THE OTHER ANTI-VIRUS YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY ON– ARE GONE,BEFORE YOU START!!!KASPERSKY IS COMPATIBLE WITH XP AND VISTA—IT STARTS FASTER AND GUESS WHAT, WHEN I UPGRADED FROM KAS 7.0 TO KAS 2009-YOU KNOW HOW MANY VIRUSES I HAD!-NONE!!!NOW THAT’S RELIABILITY.

5 Stars Kaspersky Internet Security
Solid protection for internet….some problems with identifying and blocking intrusions but otherwise a good product

5 Stars Kaspersky anti-virus/spyware
I’m pleased with this product. I’ve used Norton for years, but lately

it’s created more bugs than it caught, and slowed down the computer.

I tried Micro Trent and AVG, but encountered problems with each attempt

at installation. Kaspersky installed easily, and works in the background including downloading frequent updates. Very user-friendly.

1 Star Overrated
I bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (3-computer version) on sale for $28 and installed it on 3 laptops in my home. I quickly became dissatisfied with it in less than a week due to its layout and more importantly its overall function. It’s good at identifying viruses, trojans & such but it’s quite vague when it comes to what you should do with the threats it finds… delete them, ignore them, keep them quarantined, etc.? Many users end up seeking assistance from the Kaspersky forum where volunteer “expert” moderators try to assist non-expert users with achieving solutions to various problems including how to handle identified threats, how to troubleshoot & repair glitches, etc. Saying to hell with that mess, I uninstalled Kaspersky and replaced it with Norton Internet Security 2009 (3-computer version) which I’ve found to be far superior to Kaspersky in both design and function. Unlike prior Norton offerings, this edition is blazing fast, unobtrusive and extremely user-friendly. I strongly recommend using free trial downloads to evaluate other antivirus programs (including the free ones) before purchasing Kaspersky.

5 Stars Kaspersky internet security
Great price and great product. I have been using Kaspersky for 2 yrs and have not had any security problems, though I did have major trouble when I used a dif. security product. Since I was already using Kaspersky I wanted to stay with this product. Works for me.

2 Stars OK (If you can get it to install properly)
For many years I used Norton, but the last version I used slowed my computer down, so I switched to McAfee a couple of years ago and was pretty happy with it. When my subscription expired, I purchased IS 2009. It works OK and I like the Site Advisor feature, but installing it was a nightmare. On my first attempt, the install hung up, so I manually uninstalled my old version and tried again. I couldn’t get Site Advisor to work and it kept prompting me to activate my product. So I tried to uninstall/install with no success. Finally, after rooting around through the support site, which I didn’t find all that good, I downloaded a separate product (MCPR.EXE)from McAfee which uninstalls old versions (even though the new version is supposed to uninstall the old one). After running that, I finally got the new version to install properly.

If I were switching to a different program, I might expect some glitches, but upgrading to a new version from the same company should NOT be this painful. This is probably my last version of McAfee.

4 Stars McAffee Upgrade
Easy to install from the disc as long as the original version was uninstalled; updates are automatic. Can’t recommend the online download option…

Finally, they send you a butt load of ads that pop up on your desktop and you have to click the button “continue with what I am doing”

1 Star It’s 10:30 pm, and why am I sitting at my computer.
I have used McAffee for a couple of years, but this one is real junk. Since the last update, the console that allows me to stop a scan no longer appears. It scans whenever it feels like it. The infected files list in the log has a length of about 10 characters ( nothing like you have an infection in C:/Program_f. ) It gives false positives.

So, why am I sitting at my computer. Well McAffee decided to scan even though it was scheduled to run at 7am. I can’t stop it, and it will not let windows shut down. So, I suppose I do what I now have to do to shut down my computer - pull the plug.

4 Stars This was a great deal
This was a great price for this product. Installed with not problems. Love the parental controls.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Symantec Got It Right
It does what it is supposed to do very well with few intrusions and system resources used. I have had many Norton products over the years and this is easily one of the best. The installation didn’t take a year with multiple reboots either!

1 Star would never buy again
It is a couple weeks since I bought this and somehow my computer caught a trojan virus that norton for some reason said it could not remove and I had to download something that could.Well that didn’t work and it messed my computer up so bad I had to go buy a new one last night! Thanks Norton!I purchased another brand of protection for my new computer.

5 Stars The Best Protection
I Have Used this product for the past five years and it’s the best antivirus software

1 Star AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I’m not kidding when I say avoid Symantec as your Anti-Virus provider. This is probably one of the absolute worst companies I’ve dealt with. VERY POOR support, and awful licensing structure. Worse, the myriad of useless web pages is not warming, to say the least. Good luck finding/activating your updates and upgrades.

I admit that I’m not the swiftest when it comes to Symantec’s solution, but I’ve had an easier time with Kaspersky, Sophos, Trend Micro, McAfee, AVG, F-PROT, avast, and Comodo. I’ve even had better experience with older Symantec products not even five years ago.

So, if you want an exercise in futility, give ‘em a go. Otherwise, save yourself some tears.

I will never buy another Norton/Symantec product again.

3 Stars Improved Over Earlier Versions, But Some Major Flaws Remain
After years of running Norton Antivirus products, with ever increasing demands on system resources, as well as slowing down the machines these products were installed on, the completely rewritten version of Norton Internet Security 2009 has gone a very long way towards correcting years of bloatware code that was made worse with every new release.

This version installs fast, runs fast, and is almost entirely unobtrusive, with one very major exception.

This software will break your home or small business network.

In a well-documented bug first discovered in October 2008, Norton interferes with, and eventually blocks access to other machines on your home network. Norton admits there is a problem, and has been stalling customers for months with promises for a fix, yet keeps pushing the release date out further and further.

Install Norton 2009, and eventually all of the computers on your home network under My Network Places will disappear, and will eventually be blocked from access. While you can frequently manually reach your other networked machines by typing their addresses directly into an address bar, software that depends on access to your other networked machines directly (index, backup, small business collaboration tools, etc.) usually cannot work this way, and you are effectively cut off from using those applications. Worse, over time, Norton will begin periodically cutting off access to your networked machines. Suddenly file copying between machines fails, extremely long delays in accessing other computers on your network occurs, and your frustration level mounts.

Norton admits the only current solution to this problem is to completely uninstall Norton 2009 Antivirus/Internet Security products. There is no other workaround.

Worse yet, the responsiveness of the company to major software bugs has been less than acceptable. It literally takes months for even the most urgent bugs to get identified, corrected, and then put through a laborious test procedure. To add insult to injury, it then takes up to six additional weeks for the fixed code to be incorporated into their slow update release schedule and finally reach every customer.

This truly mars an otherwise promising product and makes it an unacceptable option for those dependent on networked machines, such as a home or small business network. If you are dependent on your network to access remote hard drives or collaborate in an office environment, Norton 2009 products are absolutely not acceptable for use and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere until the company finally fixes the problem.

A very lengthy discussion about this problem can be found on the Norton Community Forum. Simply search for “NAV blocks access to hard disk.” The later discussions in the thread contain the most pertinent information.

5 Stars An excellent security product.
Bitdefender Total Security 2009 2Yr/3Pc not only is an excellent security product, it also gives you two years and three computer usages.I purchased this fine product from Amazon.com for a very good low price at the time and have been using it ever since.Bitdefender does all it says and more. Buy it,try it, and see for yourself.

5 Stars Bitdefender
So glad to get away from Nortons. So far this total security system has been everything it claims.

Great buy from Amazon

4 Stars safe and sinple
Loaded Bitdefender on three computers that I have networked in my house. I can run scans and general maintenance on the other two computers via my computer. The parental controls are great.

5 Stars Product was flawed, but the service was excellent.
I have been pleased with BitDefender Security AntiVirus product for the past 2 years on both of my computers. So when it was time to renew, I continued with BitDefender AntiVirus protection. Ordering was easy at Amazon, and I received the package before scheduled date.

The product loaded just fine, until I tried to load the “registry key” provided with the package. The key came up as not valid so I was stuck with the trial key which expires in 30 days.

I contact the company right away. They responded immediately and worked with me over several days, (via email, my choice), to no avail.

They problem was sloved by issuing a new BitDefender Security download.

It works just fine.

The 2009 security package has more features than the V10 package I had last time. Well worth the money, and it covers both my computers for 2 years as well.

Service is everything, and I am happy with BitDefender’s Customer Service to boot.

5 Stars The Best PC Security on the market…
I have used bit defender for a year or so now, and I have used all the other top brands, and I believe BitDefender is the leader in all around PC security compared to all other brands…Norton, Kaspersky, Trendmicro etc. The only area it is weak is in backup, but that pales in comaprison to the overwhelming benefits in every other area of pc security and internet security.

1 Star No Thanks!
I ran Norton Anti Vi for almost 6 months before I discovered it was responsible for my system crashing daily. When I called their support I was sent useless procedures to follow and none of them resolved the problem. The only thing that worked was to remove it and install a different Anti-Vi from another company. I am running Bit-Defender and Kapersky on 2 separate PCs. A small problem with Bit-Defender was resolved quickly by their tremendous Customer Support. No problems with Kapersky so far after a year.

1 Star Symantec Will Not Honor the 3 Licenses- Only One
I installed one of the 3 licenses for NAV 2008 on one computer, but when I went to install it on a second, the keycode was rejected, and, after spending an hour chatting with a barely literate third world tech support guy named “Vivek”, he refused to admit that you can actually purchase 3 user licenses from a vendor. He was only aware of single and 5 user licenses, and he based his position entirely on this. So, if you pay for 3, you may only get one license. Buyer beware. This is an awful company to deal with, with even worse support. Stay away.

1 Star Worst decision I could have made
I had the 2005 Norton antivirus on my computer. This week, a notification popped up telling me I could upgrade to 2008 for free. I said “sure”. During the installation process, the old version is uninstalled and then the new version installs. The program froze while installing and my computer had to shut down. When it came back, everything appeared to be OK. Then I noticed that my virus protection kept turning off and I had no way to turn it back on. I didn’t even have a fix now button. I tried going online to get customer service, but I use firefox and they want you to have internet explorer to chat. Sorry, not doing that. I tried to email them, but instead it would change the screen and say I need to talk to someone on chat. I couldn’t email anyone a simple question! I looked for a phone number and noticed that now you have to pay $10 just to talk to someone in India. Uh, sorry, no! I never paid in the past. I went all over trying to figure out what the hell was wrong and finally decided to uninstall and reinstall. Also a big mistake.

Upon reinstalling, everything looks like it’s going well, but it isn’t. The program wants a file from my computer that is missing and the path to get there is listed in a separate window, but when I click “OK” it shows another window transferring the file, but it’s frozen. Nothing I do works and I can’t find the file on my computer when I search for it myself. So now, I renewed my subscription about 2 months ago so that I could waste the money I don’t have because I don’t currently have a job. AND I lost the antivirus protection that I had that worked fine. You cannot get tech support for this software anymore- you get forced into going around in circles. If they are going to give you a free upgrade, they should at least not screw you over with it and then make it impossible to contact them about it. I downloaded free AVG and my computer is faster and protected. I suggest you do the same.

5 Stars Dumped ZoneAlarm, SpywareDr and Avast! for NIS 2009
I’ll keep my comments brief as most of the other reviewers covered everything I could say.

One, install time exceptionally fast!!!

Two, only one reboot.

Three, simple elegant interface.

Four, waits until computer is idle and them works its magic, but even then resource usage remains low.

Five, the complete recoding of NIS 2009 and dumping their previous NIS suites into the trash has this security suite running faster than any I have ever seen, and I have tried many, many different ones.

Just for having the guts to dump the old resource hog of their previous security suite, I bought NIS 2009. BTW, the old NIS versions WERE resource hogs. I started out using Norton years ago, and still have Norton Partition Magic which I bought 5-6 years ago and I’m pleased to see that they still sell it on their site, but I dumped Norton when it went hog . . . really disgusted. The code in NIS 2009 rocks.

And to make it all work even better the Internet Security Suite reviews I read gave NIS 2009 high marks.

My wife’s laptop upgraded from a previous version of NIS to NIS 2009 and I saw it in action on her computer with is NOT packed with high cpu cycles although it has 2Gb of mem.

Buy this one and you will not be sorry.

BTW, don’t even consider Norton 360. It sucks big time.

4 Stars NIS 2009 install tip
If you are replacing a prior version of NIS Norton Internet Security 2009 1User/3Pc, save yourself some aggravation and run the Symantec uninstall tool from Symantec’s web page before you try to install NIS 2009. It completely removes all Symantec products. You don’t get a clean uninstall if you just do it from the control panel and the new version won’t install correctly.

4 Stars Norton gives me a feeling of security
I had Norton Internet security 2008. One day last month I went to download my daily virus signatures and a dialog box from Norton came up and asked me if I wanted to download Norton Internet Security 2009 FOR FREE. Of course I clicked on “yes”. N.I.S. 2009 is great. I like the new interface better, it only takes about 30 seconds to download new virus signatures and other updates. A quick scan takes mabee a minute. A full scan of my roughly 110 gigabytes takes under half an hour. After I download my daily updates I have the option to see what files and modules were updated. On the main menu there is a counter telling me how many days I have until I need to resubscribe. I haven’t realy explored the rest of the program, but these three things are all I really need to do to keep my system “clean”. I wish other software companys would make software as helpful as N.I.S. 2009, and would be as generous as Symantec.

5 Stars Great service and product
The transaction was faultless. The product exceeded my expectations. I will order again from this source.

4 Stars Norton’s Internet Security
According to Symantec this product is only for Window users.

There is a Macintosh version called Norton’s Internet Security Dual Protection for the Mac.

From searching the Web the product so far is only available from Symantec.

There is an older product but it will not work with later OS 10 Systems including Tiger & Leopard.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars Generic
I had Norton 2009 installed on my computer. I was having some trouble with it and decided to order a different brand of internet security software. I purchased Panda. I installed it and compared to Norton it’s very generic. The full system scans literally took “forever”, plus I didn’t feel the layout was very user friendly when it came to configuring what features you wanted to turn on and off. There was no option for a quick scan so you had to choose the full scan which took about 45 min to an hour. Also, once you uninstall you cannot reinstall and keep your remaining subscription days, the disk is no longer valid. I ended up going back to Norton, got my situation resolved and was able to reinstall my Norton product with no problems. You can buy Norton for up to 3 pc’s on Amazon for 39.99 which is a good deal. The same product on the Norton website is about 79.99. I am used to Norton because I have used it for so long so I may be partial, but if I ever wanted to switch again it would not be for Panda. It may be cheap to buy but it’s also cheap to use. I didn’t have it on long enough to judge whether or not it is a good internet security product so it’s just my opinion that it’s not user friendly for me.

5 Stars Great product!
I am a very basic person when it comes to computers and this Security system is not only basic but it does more then just keep your computer safe, even[...] has it as one of its best, great product highly recommended.

5 Stars excellent product
This is an excellent product. We have used Norton in the past but decided to go with something else. Panda is an excellent choice. You can find it much cheaper here on Amazon.com. Very pleased!

5 Stars This “No-Techie” Loves Panda!
I’m not a “techie”, so I can’t give any info in that area, but here’s what I do know: This is my 2nd year for using Panda Internet Security and it works great for my desktop PC and laptop. The 2009 version seems to be a little more user-friendly over 2008; the layout of the screens in the window look better and they seem to be easier to navigate. Installation is a breeze (you don’t have to uninstall the old version of Panda). Automatic updates (every time you go online) are unobtrusive. Alert notifications (for every little thing!) can be user-defined so you don’t have to be bothered with the pop-ups unless you choose to…you can just let it do it’s thing in the background. It can seal your system in a steel cocoon, a gauze curtain, or somewhere in between, according to your preferences. It doesn’t bog my system down like some of the others I’ve tried. The spam filter is self-learning, so at first you really need to monitor that folder to teach it what you want to let through. There is free 24 hr tech support, but I’ve never needed it. You can upgrade to the newer version through the Panda website when your 1 year subscription expires…but you can buy it a lot cheaper at other places (like Amazon). And best of all, I haven’t been invaded by any of those horrible things lurking around on the internet!!!
