5 Stars windows live one care
i like the way this program works with windows vista . notifying users when web sites are accessing my computer . i find it to be a solid anti-virus and spam filter

5 Stars Windows Live OneCare
Upgraded to Vista and needed a basic AV. Software installed without issue and was easy to configure. I have had no issue with the software in the 3 months installed, abet I do not spent an excessive amount of time surfing the web. Only have the software installed on 1 PC but for the sale price, it is a good deal.

4 Stars RIP OneCare.
This great product is being put out to pasture by Microsoft. A new offering (code named “Morro”) will provide the anti-malware features of OneCare…free.

OneCare WILL NOT work with the upcoming Windows 7.

If you decide to buy OneCare, MS will support your product for the term of your subscription. The antivirus engine is virtually the same as contained in its admirable enterprise product called ForeFront Client Security. The basic structure of OneCare is solid.

OneCare does a lot more than just protect your computer from malware. It has performance, stability and backup features that are easy and reliable to run.

[...].

Goodbye, OneCare. You were a great product, but I’m guessing that Microsoft has bigger, better plans on the horizon with its Morro project.

5 Stars The best way of protect your data
That’s right Windows live one care is the best way to protect your data. This software is OEM for Sony laptops and works fine: is not heavy.

3 Stars It Works but painfully
Too much trouble and pain to get confortable with having made the decision to use this product

5 Stars Like buying a new Mac!
I had a 2006 iMac running Tiger OS and iLife HD. I never really had the desire to upgrade my OS until I changed jobs and the company that I work for now is using Leopard. Time Machine is such a wonderful feature, and best of all, I was able to use it with my external USB drive. No additional drives to buy. Not only that, but after seeing the new features of iLife09, especially iWeb and iMovie, I knew I wanted that software package too. I was amazed to see that you could buy all three bundled for over 40% off the cost of all three! It’s just like I bought an all new iMac for a fraction of the price! Sounds like a infomercial, but it’s true. Installation was simple, and I’m loving the OS and new software. Truly a great deal for us with a computer a few years old, and wanting to breath new life into it.

5 Stars Deal of the year!
OS X Leopard, iLife 09, iWork 09 for $149? It is a very good deal.

I already own Leopard, planning on getting iWork 09 and iLife 09.

If you have more than one Mac at home, better still buy the Family pack of Mac Box Set for $199… you can install upto 5 systems. Who gives operating system and work suite and digital work suite for $199 and also for upto 5 computers …

5 Stars Fantastic deal.
I was about to upgrade my early 2006 iMac to iLife 09 and to Leopard early January, when I saw this coming out. Waited for its release and bought it from Amazon at a cheaper price and even got iWork 09 thrown in. It was a great deal and should be the last upgrade for this tired old iMac, which should give me another 2 to 3 years of use.

5 Stars Great package
This bundle’s price on Amazon is GREAT ! Get Leopard for the price of iwork + ilife .

The version of Leopard on the dvd was 10.5.6 - the latest at the time… which is great! I wanted to update my machine and did not want any problems… so I was happy to see it had the latest rev on the dvd ready to go.

5 Stars Great Apps at an even better price
I purchased the Mac Box Set, and definetly happy with my purchase. Not only do you get the most up-to-date version of Leopard (10.5.6), but iWork 09 and iPhoto 09, cheaper than you would by buying both separately.

Both are great. Love the faces feature in iPhoto and the compatability of iWork with Office documents.

5 Stars Worth the money.
I have a MacPro desktop, my sibling has a iMac, and my other sibling has an iMac and a Macbook Pro. Two of their computers are still running Tiger, but not anymore. I already have Leopard, so I just installed iLife and iWork ‘09 on my system, and they installed both suites on all of their systems.

We’re all up to date, I’ll be purchasing a new Macbook soon, and have I’ll an iWork license leftover for it.

I’m happy that my whole family of “Apples” are working at full top capacity.

This product is worth the money if you have multiple systems, and you get to install it in up to five computers. It’s a deal if you’re not flying solo.

2 Stars Broken Promise
This product says it is compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit OS, however it will no install on it. It will not Auto run either. Seller was to refund my money, instead sent another copy that would not install.

5 Stars Xmas gift
I bought this item for a xmas present for my daughter, she raves about it.

4 Stars Great service and quick responce
We are quite please with this seller. The product arrived very quickly and when there was a problem with the activation, the seller was very fast with a solution that solved the problem. All seems to be working just fine now.

1 Star Scamed!
Barginweb sold me a 3rd world product that was not in working condition! I spoke with Adobe and they confirmed that it was a knock off and that the product number was no good! After talking or rather trying to talk to Bsrginweb I had to go to my bank to stop the payment. I returned the product to Barginweb I know they received it but they are still fighting the refund!!!!!! Will NEVER recommend them for anything!

4 Stars Camera Raw Users, please read
If you love to use Adobe Camera RAW, a fine RAW converter tool, just beware that Adobe does NOT make Camera RAW updates compatible with recent previous versions of Photoshop. For example, the newest Camera RAW update (5.2), adds support for more RAW camera formats but is only compatible with CS4. Every other Photoshop user will need to upgrade to CS4 to make use of the latest Camera RAW update. Otherwise, you must add a non-Adobe RAW converter to your workflow.

For many of you, this comes as no surprise (every software manufacturer succumbs to support issues with older versions of their own products), and we can understand why it’s not an Adobe directive to include backward compatibility, but it’s worth mentioning here for those who don’t realize this.

I believe Photoshop is still the de-facto standard in the market, and I will continue upgrades, but I would like to see that my own Photoshop investments are really worth the money I pay out of pocket (at least for 3 years?).

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Great Product!
Fast and easy, load it and go, online tutorials if you need them. Just doesn’t get any better. Outstanding features and far easier than LightRoom or PhotoShop.

4 Stars powerful, but don’t get in a hurry
This is a powerful program. There are so many ways to adjust pictures and bring out all the detail of RAW shots. The ones I have edited in Aperture are definitely better than in iPhoto. Before you go hog wild and download all your photos into Aperture from iphoto, take some time to read the instructions online and think about how you want your photos organized. If you are coming over from iPhoto this isn’t a slam dunk. You will have to learn how the projects, folders and albums all work with each other. The built in keywords were annoying to me because they didn’t fit my photography or my organization scheme. Working with sets of keywords getting a little used to. Some of the features seem like they should be obvious, but are not. The LOOP feature isn’t as friendly as the old slider to magnify shots. Some of the little icons are almost impossible to see and figure out what they do. I think it will be awesome once I get used to it and learn all about it. If you like using keystroke shortcuts, you’ll have lots to play with here. I didn’t have a steep learning curve with iPhoto. It came quick and easy. It’s going to take longer with Aperture for sure.

Oh yeah, I upgraded the RAM on my 20″ late 2007 iMac to 3 GB from 1. It helped the program run faster. I recommend doing this.

3 Stars Nice Interface but Performance Issues
The program is very easy to use and very powerful. It takes a lot fewer steps to post process files than in photoshop and I can process dozens or hundreds in a sitting and very rarely have to turn to photoshop because Aperature’s own tools are powerful. The interface is elegant too. The problem is speed. I have a dual core 2.8ghz iMac which is well above the minimum spec for the program. Most of the time Aperature is very fast but sometimes it will grind to an absolute halt. It might take three minutes to load one image. The problem seems to be one that is getting worse as I add more and more pictures. When it goes down the whole system gets so unresponsive that I feel like i’m on a 1986 Mac Plus again.

5 Stars LOVE LOVE LOVE Aperture
I use a Canon XSi, and Aperture converts RAW images so easily. I use Aperture 2 on a PowerBook G4, 1.67Ghz, 2 GB RAM; it’s slow at times esp. with exports; but it works great. I can do other things in Aperture while is exports. I’ve never used Lightroom, but I have no need for it. I only have Photoshop CS2 (this computer does not run CS3 well at all); so I must convert RAW to DNG before I can use Photoshop. Aperture does that for me. Look into some plug-ins for exporting to Flickr/facebook etc, as that will speed up the process; and even for DNG conversion if you want/need to use Photoshop and Camera Raw doesn’t support your camera. But Aperture supports more than Camera Raw anyway. I love the Vault feature, and I have my Aperture Library backed up on a few drives - it’s easy and thoughtless with Aperture. I’m not a pro, just a serious hobbyist.

1 Star Slow, stalls out, not PhotoShop
After a long time using Photo Shop on my MacBook Pro, I was persuaded to buy and try Aperture 2. After a week of using this product, I have encountered numerous problems, including: It stalls out for no apparent reason when cloning; It is incredibly slow. Also, it has locked up several times to the point that I had to restart my computer to clear the problem.

Stick with Photo Shop. Aperture 2 does not measure up.

5 Stars Extremely happy with Photoshop CS4
I have been very pleased with the overhaul of the UI which makes most aspects of working with Photoshop much more efficient, thus faster.

A few tools work much better than before, like brightness/contrast, dodge and burn.

Camera Raw adds the important feature of enabling local changes (changes the effect part of the photograph).

Performance and clarity of zooming and panning has substantially improved.

Previews in the clone tool and healing brush are very helpful.

Have not found any downside after 1 solid week of using it.

5 Stars Adobe Photoshop CS4 Upgrade
Awsome upgrade. Some things take a little getting use to (long time user so moving some things were ackward at first), but change over was easy. Runs extremely well.

5 Stars Excellent Software for Editing Fine Art Photos
This is my third version of Photoshop, and it continues to make my photos look better and better.

1 Star CS4 Update
This maybe a good product, but after 6 hours of trying I am unable to install. Adobe support tried, but the same error during install. How adobe can have such great products and have such horrible update s/w?

3 Stars Awesome new features - GL patching needed.
At first glance, the new GL enabled video rendering looks awesome!! This part of photoshop still needs work though. I’m still trying to get it to work with just 2 of my 3 monitors. ..I’m having to reinstall photoshop, and may go back to CS3 until we see a good patch from Adobe. I had a taste though. It worked well at first! And I am excited to see it in working order when Adobe fixes these 11.0.0.0 release issues.

3 Stars Disappointing
Did lots of research and weighed the pros and cons. Decided to give this a try as I liked the programs packaged in the suite. Installation was easy but there is no mention of what’s on the 2nd disc. Well, it’s the Office Accounting software for Small Business. Wanted that as I thought it would help with budgeting and online banking. My bank isn’t in the confining list of predefined banks in the software. So, this software is useless (to me) and a waste of money. Also, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., all have an issue when starting up. I get a pop up window saying “installation in progress” for about 2 minutes. Then another pop up that says “small business setup in progress” and that runs for about 2 minutes. It can take up to 5 minutes for one of the office products to open up. I’m running Vista 32bit with Core 2 Quad Q6600 processors, 2.5gig of memory and about a terabyte of storage (HP m9150f). I’ve had a case open with Microsoft for about 2 weeks now. I’ve done everything they’ve wanted, but so far no luck in eliminating these pop ups. Then once the product is up, I get these same pop ups when I try to do something. I do a send/receive in Outlook and the pop ups occur. And those occur for another minute or two. Ridiculous! The new “rib

5 Stars Mr. GB
Ordered product and received in New Condition as expected. Rec’d in approximately 1 week.

5 Stars Excellent
This is exactly what we were looking for. It has helped me get our small business off to a great start. Thank you much!

1 Star Not for a former expert…dumbed down and scrambled up
I’m an expert user of version 2003. Our work computers are now v2007. So far, there are at least 4 things that I used to use/do on a daily basis that are not available in 2007 (e.g., no drawing or tables tool bars) making my job infinitely more difficult and slower. I learn quickly, but this program is not intuitive when changing from 2003. For example, why would “page break” be on one ribbon and all the rest (e.g., the variety of section breaks) somewhere else. The whole list of choices is there somewhere (I found it once), but finding it takes way too much time. When I am in a time crunch (typically) I take my work home to use my 2003. Why isn’t there at least an option for the old style menu so those of us who used to be experts could get up to speed more easily. I’ve been using 2007 for about 6 weeks now and have been acutely wary of the change over phenomenon that creates resistence to using something new. I’ve really tried. I’ve used several kinds of external programs designed to help find things (including the 2007 help menu). This helps occassionally, but I often get the answer that this function is no longer available in the 2007 version. I’m thinking I need to bring my own computer to work to get something done. Avoid 2007 if you can.

4 Stars Ya gott luv it….ya really…snort, do.
Took me several calendar days and a couple of phone calls to India to get this puppy installed. Seems my MS Vista Ultimate 45 bit felt this package’s installer was of suspect origin. Got that? Security is so tight that despite multiple edits of the registry no go. But we were getting closer so..

One morning before my scheduled call to India, home of all secrets Microsoft, I attempted to install….the bar kept filling up…looking good…Oh noeees! Error code… Now when you get the error code you also get three buttons to push to select what to try. They are…

Abort

Retry

Ignore

I sat there for a minute and then the great techie in the sky spoke:

‘Retry, Retry, Ignore’ Thus I did and….

the install completed itself and shows no problems to date.

What’s it all mean? I really don’t know but if you Google this issue you will find that I am, as Napoleon said, Lucky!

Not smart.

User Ratings and Reviews

2 Stars needs hwy number updates
not what i would expect from Microsoft, used the gps in town, location was 4 blocks further than gps said ,it uses old hwy numbers, typed in address in Louisiana that I pick up trailers, pulls up Port Allen,La. There is no hwy 165 there.Uses shortest route, even if practical is faster,no way to change settings to avoid, unless I just can;t find in menu..overall,not finding good adresses and/or coming up blocks short, makes having this product rather useless…it is easy to use though…have an issue with the install….states registry settings were not installed correctly…had to go to program files..open software there, create shortcut…then open as administrator…can’t use by just simply clicking on like normal, over all,not worth the headache of just trying to figure out how to even open to use..then to find out,I’m reading hwy numbers that were retired years ago. Also, cannot get software updates, have to purshase the next release, over all, very dissapointed in this softwares outdated info and not finding known addresses…but it will get you close, you can ask for better directions when you get the city limits…lol

2 Stars Software Okay - Hardware Pathetic
I’ve used Streets & Trips for several years now and have been pretty satisfied with the software itself. I decided to update to 2009 and get the GPS receiver with it this time. Being familiar with how a GOOD GPS works (I have both a Garmin auto and hand-held) I should have known better than to spend the extra money to get the Pharos receiver in the package. A wire coathanger could pick up satellites as good as this thing does.

4 Stars Not for travel alone
Streets and Trips with the GPS gives much more information than small portable GPS units but the complexity requires it be turned over to a passanger use it safely. To reward the passanger/navagator they can watch a DVD during those long interstate streches, while streets and trips runs in the background.

3 Stars Not perfect, but still a great product
Only a couple of complaints. First, the documentation and help for this are horribly inadequate, causing a serious learning curve in order to figure out all the features. Be prepared for a lot of trial and error before you can quickly and easily navigate with this thing. You’re on your own.

Second, the audio is VERY low. I have my laptop volume as far up as it can possibly go, and I still cannot understand the navigation voice over highway noise. And I drive a brand new car that is quite quiet. They definitely need to put a volume control on the program itself. I mean seriously, this is made to use in a car! What was MS thinking?

Third, the database of sites that can be displayed on the map is terribly inadequate. If you set it to display schools, you won’t see many schools. I realise that new schools are being built all the time, but even old schools are commonly not shown. Same with many other sites. It would also be nice if fire and police stations were in the database to be shown as an option.

Now the good stuff. The program was incredibly easy to install, set up, and get started using. No problems at all quickly getting on the road with it, albeit very basically.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about with the GPS hardware. It has worked just fine for me. During the several interstate trips I have taken since buying this, I have only a couple of times lost GPS contact. But I had the GPS module attached directly to the laptop. The problem was very quickly remedied by putting the GPS module on the dashboard, using the extension cable.

I am amazed at how many streets that I would never expect to see appear on this product. Even the streets on some military bases and many private roads. It is also very good about showing all names for a road when multiple names are used locally. There are obviously some inaccuracies found in all maps, and this one is no exception. Some long closed streets still show up, and some newer ones still do not. But overall, the accuracy is extremely impressive. I have used Delorme, and this program is definitely more accurate and easier to use.

4 Stars love streets and trips
I have been using streets and trips now for years. My husband is a limo driver and uses it all the time to find the locations of his customers.

It’s quicker than mapquest and shows you all the surrounding area for alternate routes. Of course you need to be able to read maps but I would never be without it. I haven’t had a chance to use the GPS but I’m sure it beats Garmin which I really didn’t like and found hard to use.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Worth the Upgrade
iLife ‘09 adds great features that enhance photo organization in iPhoto. iMovie brings back many features it lost in iMovie ‘08. Garageband also adds some nice features in music lessons.

2 Stars iMovie is terrible–again. The rest of the programs are ho-hum
I bought this for one reason and one reason only: the desperate hope that iMovie had been fixed from the 2008 version to be more like the 2006 version. Didn’t happen. iMovie is now worse than ever. Editing audio files is probably the most frustrating thing I’ve tried in a while. The interface is just unintuitive, and I found myself looking for features that used to be there (fade out video effect in conjunction with audio fade out) thinking they’ve got got to be there somewhere, and then finding out that they simply don’t exist anymore. I honestly think they don’t want to make iMovie work the way it should to force people to buy the much more expensive Final Cut, even if you don’t need all of the features of a full video editing software. Working with HD video in iMovie is a joke; it lags, stutters, and crashes for no apparent reason.

iPhoto is ok, but still WAY behind programs like Adobe Lightroom II. The face recognition would be awesome if it worked well, but it doesn’t. It wanted to group my grandmother and my sister together (I guess there is a little family resemblance there). The GPS feature is awesome if you have a GPS enabled camera, but if you have a camera that nice you’re probably using Lightroom at a minimum, and even more likely a professional software suite like CS4.

Garage Band works like it should, but there aren’t any improvements that make it worth upgrading, especially with how poorly iMovie works.

Frankly, this is just another ho-hum release with more set backs than improvements. You don’t need to upgrade unless you just have to have GPS photo tracking or face recognition software. If you were hoping (like me) that iMovie would be fixed, think again. It’s terrible and makes iLife 09 simply unacceptable.

1 Star Still missing key organizing features.
iPhoto has a long ways to go before becoming a great organizer. Events seemed like a great idea when they were released in iPhoto 08 but the trouble with them is that you can’t put events inside of other events. The reason this is such a problem is that after you load so many thousands of photographs there becomes to many events and it becomes cumbersome to sludge through them all.

Their solution to this problem in 08 was the add the ability to merge events together. When this happens everything becomes one large event, it doesn’t maintain the groups of the events you merge together. I guess I can forgive them not totally thinking this feature though in iPhoto 08 but nearly a year and a half later they should have got this right by now. Adding events inside of events is a lot more important than even features like faces and places.

Doing a search is also limiting from the search box. You can’t set multiple search criteria at a time like in the Finder or Adobe Bridge. In other words I can’t say show me the files with these keywords that were taken during this time period and have this rating. I can only do one at a time. Yes I can do this with a smart folder but I would like to have option not to since I don’t always want to come back to the search later.

Posting to Facebook and Flickr only gives you access to some of the features on those sites. You can’t enter in all the information about the pictures from directly with in iPhoto (captions for photos, who can see the pictures, what should be the key photograph for an album etc.) Also iPhoto doesn’t pull the previous albums you created back in to iPhoto so you can only view some of your albums not all of them.

If you ever have to move your information to a new hard drive down the road all the work you did to put together slide shows won’t come across with the rest of the photos. I found this out the hard way as a spent a lot of time setting up manual Ken Burns effects so that they would pan from one particular area of a photograph to another. Now the only way a can access them is to boot back and forth between my old hard drive. It is a good thing I happen to have two drives in my machine or I would have to recreate them. I imagine this is what you would have to do if you had a laptop.

The recent area on the sidebar only shows the last event you look at. This is ok but I would like to see a history of the last several events I viewed. The last 12 months area doesn’t organize those photos by events so you just gets this massive number of photos which isn’t very convenient.

1 Star Huge disappointment!
iMovie - How is it possible that the iMovie “upgrades” have less features than the versions they replace? I mean, seriously, iMovie 08 was a complete disaster, now iMovie 09 is only a slight improvement over 08, still way shy of the capabilities in the 06 version. Apple did not reinstate plug-in support for 3rd party effects, so if you own hundreds of dollars worth of these I guess Apple is telling you they don’t want you to use their dumbed-down iMovie software any longer. Worse yet, they removed most of the cool built-in effects and give you about 12 or so really boring ones as a replacement? What are they thinking? Isn’t software supposed to improve with each iteration? Okay, enough on iMovie.

iPhoto - No good…period. The much-anticipated face recognition simply does not work. Does not matter how good your pics are, what angle the face is captured, etc, etc…it just does not work. That leaves us with “Places.” If you have a high-end digital camera with GPS to encode the location on your image files, this could be a nice feature. If you don’t, it’s again useless unless you want to manually tag each image with its location. If you have a large collection, this is near impossible.

iWeb - Ok, this one is an improvement. Added FTP support is the way it should have been from the get-go, but I will give Apple credit for finally adding this capability.

iDVD - No changes

Garage Band - Limited new built-in audio effects and music lessons. Basic lessons seem to be pretty good, but the highly advertised “learn-from-the-pros” lessons are an additional charge per lesson, available thru iTunes (another revenue stream for Apple via iTunes).

Overall, I think Apple’s software products are sliding, whether intentional (dumb-down iMovie so we can sell more Final Cut software) or unintentional. I regretted the ‘08 “upgrade,” and against my better judgement, decided to try the ‘09 “upgrade.” Fool me twice, shame on me…

1 Star No Excuse!
I’m a positive person, so here’s the good news first:

iPhoto has some great new features like face recognition.

GarageBand has a cool new interface.

iWeb has cool new widgets.

THE BAD

iMovie is still a travesty. Audio editing is impossible. Audio importing and placement is impossible. Clip editing is impossible. I realize I am overusing the word impossible in this review, but iMovie ‘09 is simply impossible. Totally non-intuitive and frustrating. My wrist was aching after only 15 minutes of trying to manipulate the editing controls. Also, it keeps crashing on my MacPro. In my book, there is no reason an Apple native app should crash so often on any Mac. Playback is stuttery and any editing I have tried to do just brings up the spinning beach ball of death. Avoid iMovie ‘09 like the plague and just go download ‘06 again. Whoever designed the new iMovie needs a spanking.

User Ratings and Reviews

1 Star stay with xplane if you have it dont waist your money you would have to spend more
to experienced pilots who want to upgrade to a new flight simulator. Dont use this. There is not much planes unlike other fs games i have used. To people who have xplane stick with it. And also This game requires lots of upgrading to your pc. I have a custom so im fine. But stick with xplane.

5 Stars Excellent Game of Flight Enthuiasts
I’ve been a fan since FS 98 and the game just keeps getting better and better. No disappointments in this one.

5 Stars Superb graphics!!
My system: It ain’t the latest-greatest “Duo” or “Quad” super fast hell on wheels box. In fact it’s a Dell Optiplex GX270, 3.0Ghz Hyperthreaded P4. RAM is 2GB, video is ATI Radeon 9550 (Dual capable) w 256Mb DDR. Sound is Creative Audigy4, MS Sidewinder Precision Pro flight stick (USB driven)

I just received my copy of FSX-Deluxe + Accelerator Pack. They installed flawlessly in under 30 minutes, total. Just got through “test flying” it. Stunning! I just selected “free flight”, Cessna 172, and I selected my local small air field, which should be located just to the east of Nashville, TN. Cornelia Fort air park. Got flying, quickly located Berry International just where it should be. Went looking for Nashville’s skyline - hmmm, kind of generic looking. Oh well. I’m not picky about that type of detail anyway. That said, the graphics and dynamic graphic details were none the less stunning. Everything from the city traffic to other aircraft in flight was displayed quite well. I encountered no reduction in frame rates nor did I encounter any “stuttering” of the display. All played smoothly. I checked the simulator settings and they are all at 3/4 full. I intend on playing with those settings to see what my box can do. I haven’t “played” FS since FS98. I have CFS3 which plays well on my system except when there is a lot of other things going on, then it may stumble a bit, but not enough to make it unplayable. It doesn’t have near the graphic detail of FSX, and yet FSX beats it hands down in function. I am impressed. I definitely recommend FSX. Just be sure to either download the Service Pack when you’ve completed the install OR get the Acceleration Pack. You do not need to download the service pack if you have the Acceleration Pack. Activation went without a hitch - no problem at all!

2 Stars extremerecluse
I have not purchased this game yet. I want to know if it will work on my system. I have a dual core, quad 6.6 processor, 4GB RAM, and a 8800 GT video card. I will not make the purchase until somebody can tell me if this machine I built will allow it to run without hickups.

5 Stars MS Flight Simulator X Deluxe DVD
Great service; super product. I wish I had a more detailed handbook which would help me with “slips” etc..
